The reason that I know that you will be successful is because you say, my entire company would die for me. Meaning that you are a hundred percent committed to yourself and you show up as you figure this game out with empathy and self compassion, which allows you to pivot, and if that is your paradigm, if that is your come from.
Every single person that you attract into your business will be the same way, or they won’t fit, which means culturally you are already winning because of the relationship with yourself. And so I mean it from this point, and I am saying it again. That’s how I know. And so you might currently be in, I’m the only employee, but you’re built to have thousands of them based on your current come from as long as it aligns with your goals.
